The company, K Ungh AB, is a modern and efficient manufacturer of Wet Wipes located in Bollnäs, 250 km north of the Swedish Capital, Stockholm. We are manufacturing all our wet wipes in new built facilities specially designed and built to fit our process and type of production. With only 11 employees we are manufacturing more than 500 million of wipes on a yearly basis and our vision is to create the ultimate and high quality product for end users and environment in harmony.
We always start from the request from end users of the product. Quality, weight, size of wipe, impregnation liquid and packing size can be adjusted to fit each customers need. We carefully choose supplier to get a product with high quality in harmony with the environmental aspects and costs.
We are working accordingly to GMP for cosmetic products and our production plant is divided into different hygiene zones. BRC Consumer Product are under development. All raw materials and finished products are analyzed and tested to confirm safety, legality and quality. We have our own laboratory for chemical and microbiological analyses but some tests are, parallel, made by external laboratories. To have control of the complete process we also develop and mix all different types of impregnation liquid by our self and to guarantee the best quality of the main raw material in the impregnation liquid we have a Reverse Osmosis water cleaning system installed. We continuously substitute the chemical substances in the impregnation liquid to more environmental friendly alternatives when they get available on the market.
