  • Martin runs for the environment in the Stockholm Marathon

    On 31 May 2025, it's time for this year's edition of the Stockholm Marathon. In connection with the event, representatives from the EU Ecolabel will be in Stockholm from 29 to 31 May to showcase environmentally labelled products. EU Commissioner Jessika Roswall, responsible for the environment, water, and the circular economy, will also be participating in the event.

  • Less climate emissions from cement in Nordic Swan Ecolabelled building products

    Emissions from cement production account for 5% of the world's total greenhouse gas emissions. Through new, stricter climate requirements for cement in chemical building products, the Nordic Swan Ecolabel can contribute to a more sustainable construction industry. If all cement used annually in Sweden met the Nordic Swan Ecolabel's requirements, it could save greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to 226,000 cars' emissions.
