To gain access to Nordic Ecolabelling Portal, a Competent contact person at the company is needed.

• If you are an authorised contact person/competent contact for a company and want to grant access to one or more external actors, please contact us at support@nordicecolabel.org.
• If you are unsure whether the company has an authorised contact person, contact us at support@nordicecolabel.org.

If an authorised contact person is missing:

1. Complete the power of attorney! Either you fill it out digitally, or use this PDF.
2. If you have chosen to complete the power of attorney as a PDF, email it to support@nordicecolabel.org
   
   Competent contact: The person who has the mandate to manage your licences, submit applications and decide who will get login to the portal.
   
   Authorized signatory: A person who has the right to sign documents on behalf of the company. When the power of attorney is submitted, the authorized signatory receives an email with a link for digital approval.
3. Competent contact gets login
   Within 1-2 working days after approval from the authorized signatory, the competent contact will receive an email with login details and instructions on logging in.
