Ecolabelling Sweden  is a non-profit state-owned company. We work on consignment from the Swedish government without branch affiliation.  Ecolabelling Sweden has 47 employees and is owned by the Swedish Standard Council and the Swedish government. .

Ecolabelling Sweden is part of the Nordic Ecolabel organisation. It is responsible for criteria development, licencing and marketing of the Nordic Ecolabel and the EU Ecolabel in Sweden
