Chef at Ecolabelled restaurant in finals for "Chef of the Year"

30 Nov 2010 16:06 His dish; cumin crispy pork from nearby Dompta Gård just north of Stockholm, awarded Robert Hedman, chef at Hufvudsta Gårds Nordic Ecolabelled restaurant, a place in this year’s Chef of the Year final. A record total of 143 chefs had sent in their menus to this year’s competition but only six will compete for the title.

14 Oct 2010 16:19 The world’s largest hotel chain, Best Western, aims at having all of their hotels in Sweden achieving the Nordic Ecolabel. When the Best Western Capital Hotel in Stockholm recently was awarded the Nordic Ecolabel that ambitious goal is now nearly achieved. 60 of the chain’s 75 hotels in Sweden now carry the Nordic Ecolabel.
