Corporate governance

Ecolabelling Sweden Ltd. complies with the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. The code is part of the framework for our administration.

The purpose of the code is to create:

• Prerequisites for the exercise of an active and responsible role in accordance with given owner directives.
• A good balance between owners, board and management team.
• The greatest possible openness and collaboration between owners, target groups, customers and society in general.
